These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DeepSeekFX website and the purchase and use of our Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Upon purchase, DeepSeekFX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA on a single trading account. Each license is tied to a specific MT4/MT5 account number.

You may not:

• Use the EA on multiple trading accounts unless you have purchased multiple licenses
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the EA
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the EA
• Distribute, lease, rent, or sublicense the EA to any third party

License transfers to a different account may be permitted at DeepSeekFX's discretion. Please contact our support team to request a transfer.

All payments are processed securely through our website. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable taxes.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer a limited refund policy:

• Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if the EA cannot be installed due to technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
• Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance or strategy expectations, as results can vary based on market conditions and individual settings.
• To request a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of our Expert Advisors is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and no EA can guarantee profits.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Setting appropriate risk parameters within the EA
• Monitoring their trading accounts
• Ensuring they have sufficient knowledge of algorithmic trading
• Understanding the specific functionality of the purchased EA

We provide technical support for installation and configuration of our EAs. Support is available through Telegram (@dihogold).

We regularly release updates to improve performance and compatibility. Licensed users will receive updates for their purchased EA versions at no additional cost.

All intellectual property rights in the EAs and website content belong to DeepSeekFX. Purchasing an EA does not transfer ownership rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepSeekFX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services.

DeepSeekFX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
